I know it had short grained rice, milk powder, sugar and milk... If someone could help Id be very appreciative. My BIL and Sil are visiting next week and my BIL loves this rice.

Is this the recipe you're looking for, perhaps...? I got it off here a couple of years ago. *Crockpot Creamed Rice* 1/2 cup short grain rice, 4 cups boiling water, 1 cup skim milk powder, 1 tbsp butter, 1/3 cup sugar, a little vanilla, pinch of salt. Mix well. Cook on high for at least 3 hours. Used to make this as a winter breakfast option; I would put it on low all night and it would be ready in the morning.

thank you for that - I was presuming that you put everything straight into the crock pot bowl but it sounds as though you put it into another bowl inside the crockpot bowl.

I dont put mine into seperatebowl just straight into the crockpotand dont add the sugar till its done or it caramelises and loses its whiteness. If it stats to thicken toomuch just add more milk and stir.
