Can i cook my pork mince balls in boiling water?

I have made pork mincemeat balls if i put them in boiling salted water will they hold their shape or fall to bits?

if you poach them gently they should be fine, that means no rolling boiling water.

I would do it in stock even if just made with stock cubes..a mixed vegie one otr two... Guess depending what you plan to use them in..could be a little bland..

I added an egg to the mix to hold it together, they all held thankfully (teaspoon sized), I plan to have some tonight in a stir fry and freeze some a soup later on. They are spiced so have a little flavor on their own.

They go nice in ministronie (sp) soup..or make somas's with them later..pastry of flour, salt and youhurt to mix and if I get a cheap honey one that nice in the pastry as well..
