Keeping bread fresh

What is the best way to keep bread fresh that is baked in a breadmaker

I just re use a plastic bread bag and leave it in the pantry.Make sure the breadis cool first as it will sweat in the bag.I put it in the fridge in the hot weather or it goes mouldy, but dont bother at this time of the year.

slice it and freeze. You can take it straight from the freezer and into the toaster, or just thaw as you need. Bread maker bread doesn't have the same keeping qualities as store bread, Breads with milk powder does keep a bit longer.

Make smaller loaves. Home made doesn't keep as long. And putting it in a plastic bag makes it go all floppy and horrible like shop bread. Make a smaller loaf more often instead.
