Any ideas please on the best filling to use for a sunken chocolate cake? I make a wonderful gooey chocolate cake which always sinks in the middle when I use a round pan (if i use a ring pan then it's a different story) but anyway... What sort of filling would you put in the middle? I have used ordinary chocolate icing and topped with a mound of strawberries in the past but was thinking more along the lines of a mousse kind of thing but not sure which way to go!
