Has anyone got a Manual to the Funai F. A. B. -100 model bread maker. I would appreciate it so much if we could get a copy of it. Maybe the receipe book if there is one, as well.

havent heard of the breadmaker. but if you just want to make a plain white loaf, try this recipe. 300ml warm water, 2 tbls oil 2 teas sugar 1. 1/2 teas salt 3 cups flour 2 tblsn milk powder 3 teas yeast, red lid jar. put all in bucket in that order, and press your basic setting. add dried fruit, cheese onion whatever when the beep beeps... . good luck/ let us know how you got on.

Thanks for the suggestion- will try it in my breadmaker, except we can't use 'red lid' yeast - because it contains gluten... The Funai was 'given' to my mum (with the manual) and when she had no luck with the bread, she gave the breadmaker back - minus the manual. All a bit of a to do, actually - that has got way too complicated for me, but thought I would just try here anyway.

The capacity is only 2 cups flour!
