250g icing sugar 80g butter at room temp 25ml whole milk (tepid) 1/4tsp vanilla ess Makes enough for 12-14 cupcakes. Beat icingsugar and butter together in a cakemixer till mixture comes together Turn mixer to slow and slowly add milk and vanilla Once mixed, turn mixer up to high speed, beat for at least 5 mins.
