It's generally just something you have alongside Turkish food isn't it? I don't think you "do" anything to it - except maybe heat it up in the oven for a few minutes? I've had a beautiful 'mezze' style meal with Turkish bread before - it consisted of lots of little cold salads; some hot veggie dishes, and a few bits of meat (skewers, meatballs etc) - and dips. Just about my favourite way of eating.

is it flat bread or thicker.
if its the thicker one you can make like burgers or sandwiches with it. slice through lengthways and toast.

the thicker

In Turkey - they simply eat it with their meal ...

I had a burger type meal at a cafe once that was made with lightly toasted turkish bread, well seasoned chicken breast (pounded flat and pan fried), crispy bacon, avocado sauce (like guacamole but thinner) and salad ingredients. It was very yummy!!
