What to do with egg yolks?

dotty23, Apr 27, 11:12am
I've made a humungous pav tonight (first ever!) out of the "Recipes" magazine. It looks awesome - made into the shape of a well so it can be filled with cream, mixed berries & passionfruit pulp or similar.Anyway, I'm wondering what to do with 9 leftover egg yolks!@There must be something people do with these other than throw them out each time they make a pav??? Thanks.

Great tip, Uli.

Best thing for hair is to wash it in water only...takes about three months for it to recover its natural oils and shine and to smell sweet, but I've seen the results in both an older person and a younger.

I'm not brave enough - yet - to give it a go myself ;)

I'm part way there Ellie.

pickletts or add all 9 to a meat loaf or bacon and egg pie.

Beat together 3-4 egg yolks and ½c sugar. Add ¼c boiling water and beat again.
sift and add 3oz flour, 1oz cornflour, 1tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Bake 180º in a loose bottom tin
