Creamy pasta sauce?

Making dinner toinght we're having Chicken Schnitzel i want to make a creamy pasta with it, any ideas please?

you can make a white sauce by melting butter in a saucepan-good 2tbsp's and then mix in same amount of flour and mix in till its a paste, then gradually add milk say half a cup at a time and stir lots then more milk-keep heating the whole time.....then more milk up to about 2 cups or thereabouts.....add in your seasoning of salt and pepper and herbs..then add your cooked pasta to the sauce......Fry up some diced bacon and mushrooms and then add into pasta as well...goes really good....add lots of cheese to it as well-maybe a cup of grated cheese-goes all good with any meat really-
Or if you have it-lite evapourated milk does the same trick just heat up and add spices and herbs etc-add 1tsp or milk mixed with 1tsp water (paste) to thicken up the sauce as you go-

A pot of lite cream cheese and a can of Italian chopped tomatoes makes a nice creamy tomato sauce, nice with bacon, onion and mushroom.
