Marshmellow help

Hi all,

I have made a marshmellow slice.
A basic uncooked base and a mallow top.

Now my mallow has turned out pretty good, but its not very dense. In fact it dissolves in your mouth as soon as you eat it.

How can I make the mallow more firmer, like you can get in the cafes etc...

But if I put it in the fridge, wont the marshmallow seperate?

Just asking as the recipe says not to place in the fridge? and last time I made it, it seperated. .
