I am wanting to do a treasure chest. I have a recipe for a chocolate custard cake, so wondering if I can freeze the cake and defrost it a day prior. Can cream cheese freeze? and if not, what would be ok to freeze? Working the day before, so don't have time to make it otherwise.

freeze it and ice it once its thawed:)
