does anyone have a recipe for curried sausages?

fry 1 onion and sausages. stir in 1tsp curry powder and 1tbsp flour. Add 1cup beef stock. I also add relish or chutney, brown sugar to taste, raisins and apple pieces, and normally more stock as I like lots of liquid.

As #2 said, but I add one or two cloves of minced garlic, plenty of chopped veges and fry the curry spices . I don't bother with fruit or sugar, but do sometimes add a tin of chopped tomatoes.

All of the above w/ tomato paste, or tinned tomatoes, or slug of tomato sauce, dash of Lea & Perrins, or soy sauce, sliced carrot, celery, apples, raisins, pineapple. Also a few slugs of any left over beer, wine, makes the gravy tasty.
