Wow I just Googled Milk Tart.There are lots of recipes for it there.It seems to be a popular South African dessert.Being of English descent I would call it Custard Tart.Here is one I found:http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/milk-tart/Detail.aspx

Heh, my sister married a SA lad and so I have tried milk tart... veryyyyyyyy nice... creamy and dreamy... but not heavy.
