I put the ham bone from Christmas into the freezer.Have taken it out & am in the process of making Ham & Pea soup, using dried split peas.Already it smells great!Have also added potato as a thickener.

I never cook soup to a recipe its always what I have and like goes in allong with the stock of the day usually its chicken stock though made some fish stock last friday so have been playing with that. So this weekend made leek (was on special at PnS) and potato on fish stock with a big dollop of cream and salt and pepper which turned out spectackulary dilisiomoreso mmmmmmmmmmmmm
