Hi Folks could someone please give me a good Malt Biscuit Recipe

Aunt Daisy's recipe 125gr butter 1TBSP (each) sugar, plain malt & golden syrup 1tsp b/soda 1&1/2c (scant) flour Beat butter & sgar. Heat but don't boil malt & golden syrup & stir in soda. Comes up frothy. Pour into butter & sugar & add flour. Roll into balls Bake 160 -180 until golden brown. (2) Melt 125gr margarine, 2TBSPs malt & 2 heaped TBSPs sugar. Beat well & add 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 2 TBSPs boiling water, 1tspvanilla essence & 8oz flour. Roll into balls & pres with a fork.
