Can anyone help me please.I want to bottle tomato soup in the pressure cooker.The receipt book with my pressure cooker isn't the best.I have an All American pressure cooker which is fantastic and also a WFV model - both used for different processes.However the process will be the same.What I want to know is do I cover the jars with water and then process.If anyone can help me I would be grateful.Thanks
