Advice on bottling feijoa's please I am going bottle feijoa's for the 1st time . I read some where that buy not cooking the feijoa's they stay firmer and nicer and that you load them into the hot agee jars with a hot light syrup then seal. Anyone down this? Was it a success? Many thanks |

Help!! Should you let the cake go cold before you take it out of the soft teflon pan? It broke in half last time when it was still quite warm. I put the cake rack on top and turned it over, but about a quarter of the cake got stuck. Should I perhaps let it go cold first? |
