Beetroot salad... I have boiled some beetroot, when cool I will dice, then roast with some Tree onions (very small onion great in salads).What sort of dressing would be best over this?A mayo, or just a light french type dressing?Would maybe sprinkle with cashews too.TIA |

Can yuou make tomato sauce in a slow cooker? I mean the proper, long-keeping type, cooked with vinegar. I've an urge to make some & thought to try using my slow cooker. I can't find any recipes though, only recipes for the "instant eat" type sauces. Any help much appreciated |
